Executive Pay Report
The Academy Trust Handbook 2024 requires that the Trust publish on its website, in a separate readily accessible form, the number of employees whose pay benefits exceed £100,000 in £10,000 bandings. Pay and benefits for this purpose include salary, employer pension contributions and other taxable benefits.
For the year ending 31st August 2024, there were eight employees within the Trust central team and its school staff, whose benefits (salary and employer pension contributions) exceeded £100,000. For information purposes, teacher pension contribution is currently 28.6%.
These are shown below in bandings of £10,000. As at 31st August 2024 there are seven academies in the Trust.
